A Wonderful Day Out at the Palace
21st July 1999
After a long trip
down the
M1 Motorway and stopping off at the last
services to get changed
(the ladies toilets were packed with other invitees also getting
changed !!), we finally arrived and felt quite special being able to
park in the Mall. We then had to join a queue a mile long but everyone
felt good and it was a beautiful day.
We weren't allowed to take photo's inside so a kind lady who was also
attending took this one for us when we came out.
When we got inside, it was amazing how many friends and acquaintances
were also there - hob nobing or what !
