IN THE MATTER of the ESTATE of SARAH ELLEN HODKINSON late of Whitfield House Upton near Macclesfield Spinster deceased who died on the 23rd January 1932 and whose Will dated the 22nd August 1929 was duly proved in the Principal Probate registry on the 27th February 1932 by John Hodkinson of 101 Mill Street Macclesfield Chemist and Mrs. Winifred Cole of Woodsorrel Fforddlan Prestatyn, the Executors thereof. I the undersigned SARAH ELLEN GOLDSTRAW of Leek Road Milton Stoke-on-Trent hereby ACKNOWLEDGE TO HAVE RECEIVED from the above-named Executors the sum of TEN POUNDS in full payment satisfaction and discharge of the legacy of that amount bequeathed to me by the Will of the above-named Testatrix.
